What will my first time in your gym be like?
If it’s Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we’ll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we’ll walk through what you can expect. How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
As much as we love to see everyone daily, there is a balance to work and rest. When you begin with us we will discuss frequently the importance of how many days you should come and also modifying based on how are your body feels. The great thing about our facility is we have built a community that is on constant contact with each other. So when class is over you will still here from our coaches when they check in with you!
I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?
Our classes consist of constantly varied functional movements that are performed at relatively high intensity. All workouts are based on functional movements and Modified based on anyone’s abilities! These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.” What does that mean for you? Warm-up, skill work and a workout all packed into one intense hour, along with a motivating, team-like atmosphere provided by our close-knit community of members.
