Somerton found his passion for fitness during his time in the Australian military. Once he ended active service, he saw the need for to help other people tackle their fitness obstacles. His coaching philosophy is based upon leadership, teaching, and being an ambassador who can provide simple and effective directions and cues to help his clients improve. In his spare time, he’s not afraid to “geek out” and eat butter like it’s an entre.
