Keith has been training athletes using the CrossFit methodology since 2007. During his athletic career he has been a long distance runner and played basketball and tennis. In his pre-CrossFit life he was a personal trainer and the front of house manager for a variety of fine dining establishments.
Keith’s training philosophy is to help his athletes master the fundamentals and achieve consistency before adding intensity. He emphasizes this in his programming for CFWS, allowing our athletes to work on proper form and avoid injury as they become stronger, faster, and increase their endurance.
Keith is the proud father of twins and lives in Westchester with his beautiful wife, Kristen.
