At CrossFit Wall Street, we have a variety of classes to help you achieve your athletic goals.

As defined by CrossFit HQ: “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.” What does that mean for you? Warm-up, skill work and a workout all packed into one intense hour, along with a motivating, team-like atmosphere provided by our close-knit community of members. All the fun and functional movement of a CrossFit class without the barbell! Wall Street HIIT classes are high intensity interval workouts appropriate for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Improve your cardiovascular endurance while working on a variety of fitness skills.

Location: 151 William Street


Join us every Thursday night at 7:30pm focusing on one barbell movement. Class meets once a week and includes a warm up/flexibility session followed by a prescribed strength routine. You’ll record your lifts on video and receive individualized feedback on lifting form and technique.

Prerequisite: Completion of Foundations or test out with a coach; intermediate or better understanding of Olympic lifts; coach pre-approval.
