New to CrossFit?
Every Saturday we offer Free CrossFit classes so you can try us out; We hold a Free Class at our 151 William St location at 10am, and at 12:00 Noon at our 60 New St location . You’ll learn more about how CrossFit works, what makes CrossFit Wall Street unique, and how you can get started on making real changes to your level of fitness. To sign up, click here.
There are two paths to join CrossFit;
1) Take the Foundations Course
The Foundations Course is required of all new members without previous CrossFit experience. The course teaches you the basic barbell and gymnastic movements that we use in class. The course is a total of 6 one hour sessions taught in a small group (max 8 people) and costs $300 Click here to register. We also offer the Foundations Course as private One-on-One sessions. You tell us your availability and we meet when it's convenient for you. Cost $400. Use the contact form on the right to schedule with us.
2) Test Out of Foundations
If you’ve been an active member of another CrossFit affiliate for at least 6 months and have completed their Foundations/Elements/On Ramp course, click here to 'Test Out" and start training with us today.
