CrossFit Wall Street has two locations in the heart of the Financial District - 60 New Street and 151 William Street. FiDi is a bustling area full of interesting and accomplished people, and our membership reflects the area's diversity. CFWS members are students, retirees, bankers, brokers, business professionals, homemakers, artists, and more! The common bond we share is a desire to push ourselves to reach our highest potential.
Our CrossFit gym is different from other gyms! At CFWS you won't find treadmills, weight machines and walls of mirrors... we use old school barbells, kettlebells, rowers, running and gymnastics to deliver true functional fitness. We're a gym adhering to Greg Glassman's original CrossFit model; constantly varied functional movement done at high intensity, scaled appropriately for the particular individual. Our members come together to learn, grow and push ourselves. Unlike many other CrossFit gyms in NYC, we limit our classes to 8 athletes with one or two coaches per class so you get the personal attention you need to attain your fitness goals. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up selected to prepare you for the Skill work and the Workout of the Day (WOD). During the Skill, your coach will help you refine the technique and efficiency of the major Olympic/power lifts or gymnastic movements. After a quick practice of the components of the WOD, it's 3, 2, 1... GO!
At CrossFit Wall Street we don't do EASY. However, you WILL find that we provide loads of motivation and camaraderie at our gym, with plenty of opportunities to meet and form lasting relationships with a great group of people.
